OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Omaha Police Department has named the victim of a deadly pedestrian crash Tuesday night on Interstate 80.
In a police report released late Wednesday, Billy J. Alcorn, 74, was named as the pedestrian killed in the incident.
