UPDATE: Active incident in Menasha concluded, no ongoing threat

MENASHA, Wis. (WFRV) – The active situation Friday morning in Menasha related to an ongoing narcotics investigation has now concluded, authorities say.

According to a release from the Menasha Police Department, the narcotics investigation conducted by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and the Lake Winnebago Area MEG Unit has wrapped up and all assisting units have cleared the area.

Officials say there is no ongoing threat to the public and normal activity in the neighborhood around the 300 block of Grandview Avenue can now resume.
