18 arrested in major drug distribution busts, millions of lethal fentanyl doses seized

WASHINGTON STATE — U.S. Attorney Neil Floyd and other local law enforcement officials announced the arrests of 18 people in connection with two major drug distribution takedowns in western Washington this October.

“Operation Correcaminos,” or “roadrunner” in Spanish, and “Operation Good Times” were carried out in the Seattle region and Snohomish County, and authorities said the separate groups were tied to Ecuador and Mexico, respectively. Both operations uncovered enough fentanyl to kill more than 3 million people, according to officials.
