2 Bucks County inmates missing since September are back in custody

Two Bucks County inmates are back in custody weeks after they failed to return from their work release assignments resulting in a temporary suspension of the program.

The U.S. Marshals Service in Philadelphia apprehended Doylestown resident Jeremy Ott, 30, on Nov. 19 on the casino floor of Harrah Resort in Atlantic City. He had not been arraigned as of Thursday afternoon.

Ott and Joshua Lake, 35, of Bristol, who was apprehended Nov. 6 and remains incarcerated in lieu of $1 million bail, both failed to return from their work assignments on Sept. 27. Both men are facing felony escape charges…
