Among the proactive measures, the strategy boasts an enhanced street team from Hearts for the Invisible, determined to connect unsheltered residents with critical services, offering transportation where needed, and Project Outpour will be bringing mobile showers to these streets in a move that hardly needs explanation for its necessity, Just Do It Movement will help individuals secure personal identification, crucial for accessing various services. The county’s Public Health department is set to offer diverse testing services and RAIN will provide dedicated HIV support, rounding out a robust frontline approach to healthcare.
