Hopkinsville’s Whitlock Issued True Bill For Murder

In early February, Hopkinsville’s Eiesha Whitlock was issued a true bill on charges of second-degree manslaughter, as well as leaving the scene of an accident without rendering aid, in the December 14, 2024, death of 29-year-old Daquan Butler.
