A driver was speeding at 91 miles per hour when he struck and killed a bicyclist earlier this week in Atlanta, according to an arrest warrant.
Benjamin Sawyers, 24, was charged on Thursday with homicide by vehicle, reckless driving and speeding, according to Fulton County Jail records.
