NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A Newport News businessowner is wanting to give back in a big way—donating around 50 coats for WAVY 10’s Coats for Families campaign.
“Classes for concealed carry, I do stuff for police, security, fire, EMT, general public,” said Deborah Bowers, owner of G.I Jane’s Military Surplus off Warwick Boulevard.
