16-year-old charged with murder in deadly DWI crash in North Carolina given no bond

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A Holly Springs high schooler is facing up to 62 years in prison after the tragic death of a 14-year-old on Oct. 26 from an earlier morning crash.

Ashton Rahlfs, 16, appeared in a Wake County courtroom Thursday afternoon for his arraignment hearing on three felonies and seven misdemeanors.
