GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Guilford County leaders unanimously approved the creation of an adult protection multi-disciplinary team that will work to prevent and respond to abuse, neglect and exploitation of disabled and older adults.
The team is new and has new collaborative opportunities, but those working in the field say the concept of collaboration is not new.
