A man was taken to the hospital after a late-morning shooting and two people have been arrested, according to the Lafayette Police Department. Broderick Brown Jr., 17, of Lafayette, is charged with attempted second-degree murder and illegal discharge of a firearm. Davonrick Foster, 26, also of Lafayette, is charged with principal to second-degree murder.
