Houston police have arrested Henry Nathan Ibanez, 29, and Eric Rios, 30, in connection with the fatal shooting of Emanuel Carrillo, 34. The incident occurred on May 21, 2016, at 1807 McDaniel Street. Both men are charged with murder in the 176th Criminal District Court.
