WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A group of friends who meet for Taco Tuesday at El Patio restaurant adopted all 19 children from the location’s Salvation Army Angel Tree this week.
The restaurant had just set up their Angel Tree when Chris Harter, one of their regular customers, walked in and asked how many angels they had available.
