Newly released video shows the moment a 9-year-old behind the wheel of a car swerves out of control in an Alamo Ranch-area neighborhood.
The video was captured by a neighbor’s security camera and shows the few seconds the car spun out Nov. 9 in the 4200 block of Gossan Springs.
