Federal judge grants bail to accused member of burglary ring targeting Asian businesses

EUGENE, Ore. — A federal judge in Eugene is allowing a man accused of targeting Asian business owners in a multi-state burglary conspiracy to go free on bail despite prosecutors urging he remain behind bars.
