State Representative Scott Oelslager of North Canton announced the passage of several bills in the Ohio House. House Bill 132 increases penalties for violating the ‘Move Over Law.’ House Bill 148 allows taxpayers to donate part of their refunds to a fund for spaying and neutering pets. Other bills require advance notice for driver’s license renewals and make changes to employment qualifications and real estate wholesaling.
