GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – The City of Greenville’s Design Review Board conditionally approved designs for a new boutique hotel at the intersection of South Main Street and East McBee Avenue.
Bo Aughtry, the CEO of Greenville-based real estate company Windsor Aughtry Company, said the hotel will be built to fit the city’s vibrant downtown feel.
