SUMNER COUNTY, Tenn. (WZTV) — A 30-year-old man from Alabama has been convicted of multiple charges after a disturbing incident involving a 12-year-old girl in Sumner County.
According to investigators, Omar Malik Lundy initially contacted the girl through YouTube, posing as a 15-year-old, and began grooming the victim. Authorities say he solicited nude photos from her and repeatedly pressured her to meet in person. After initially rebuffing his requests to meet in person, the victim eventually relented and provided her address to Lundy.
