ELMORE COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – An Elmore County mother is demanding answers after she says she found her 10-year-old daughter inside a concrete “time-out” room at a district-run therapeutic program.
Selena Zeigler says her daughter, Skylar, attends the iCare Program, a placement designed for students with behavioral, emotional, and mental-health needs. The program serves kindergarten through 12th grade with small class sizes and on-site mental-health professionals.
