ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Help is on the way for Rochester families facing food insecurity due to the government shutdown and the rise in food costs.
Starting Saturday at 9 a.m., FreshConnect emergency food checks from the State Department of Agriculture and Markets will be available at the Rochester Public Market.
