ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Fire Department and AMR were at a working fire on the corner of Dakota and Jay Streets, the evening of November 20.
Firefighters appeared to be working in a garage, with a hose from one of their trucks extending into the structure. There were three firetrucks on scene with one ambulance.
