A man died in a solo-vehicle crash in San Jose early Friday morning, according to police.
The crash was reported at 1:39 a.m. in the area of Moorpark Avenue and South Monroe Street. Officers arrived and determined a man driving a 2016 black Subaru was heading east on Moorpark when the car went off the roadway and hit a tree, San Jose police said.
