CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The man accused of stabbing woman in September was indicted by a Chatham County grand jury Wednesday.
Xxavier Burgos was formally charged in connection to the stabbing of a woman on Sept. 13, 2025. The 33-year-old is accused of aggravated assault and failure to report an accident.
He was denied bail Tuesday on the following grounds according to court records: posing a risk of fleeing, being a significant threat or danger to a person, community or property, risk of intimidating witnesses or obstructing justice and risk of committing a felony prior to trial…
