Vacant City Hall Commons in Downtown Syracuse could be converted to housing

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The vacant City Hall Commons in Syracuse could be getting a new lease on life.

The seven story tall building in Hanover Square at the intersection of East Genesee Street and East Washington Street is being eyed by a Syracuse Architecture Firm to be converted into 39 proposed mixed-use units.
