Several Massachusetts hospitals have been ranked among the safest in the country in a new Leapfrog study, but not all earned high marks.
The health care nonprofit released its fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grades for facilities nationwide, highlighting 54 hospitals in Massachusetts.
Among the hospitals highlighted, 17 received an “A” grade, 16 a “B” grade, 16 a “C” grade, and four a “D” grade. One hospital was listed as “not graded” in a WickedLocal.com report…
