Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of a criminal illegal immigrant in Chicago on November 16, following his conviction for crimes including abduction and enticing a child under the age of 17, and even retail theft.
According to ICE, Leonardo Ignot-Osto, 40, is a Mexican national who has illegally entered the U.S. at least five times, with encounters dating back to 2005.
ICE reports that Ignot-Osto was encountered four times by U.S. Border Patrol in 2005, voluntarily returning to Mexico each time. He is believed to have entered the country illegally for at least the fifth time prior to his first criminal conviction in the U.S. in 2010…
