Insomnia Cookies is preparing to sweeten up Sugar Land area with the opening of a new location at the Sugar Land Town Square. The national cookie chain is set to open the new sweet treat eatery at 2270 Lone Star Drive, according to a recently filed permit.
The permit also details that construction on the Houston Street Insomnia Cookies is expected to start in March of next year and wrap up by mid-May 2026. So, Houstonian late-night cookie munchers can rejoice in knowing that they should be able to get their fill by June 2026, just in time for summer.
Customers can either get Insomnia Cookies in a pack, in an ice cream sandwich, or one by one, and there is a variety of pickings to choose from. Guests can purchase everything from the classics like snickerdoodle and chocolate chip to deluxe cookies that are more on the experimental side, like the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe or the S’mores Deluxe, a plethora of options to tickle any cookie lover’s fancy.
