ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man accused of abandoning three dogs over the summer was released Thursday on a personal recognizance bond while awaiting trial.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, Stray Rescue summoned officers on July 14 to the 4300 block of Ashland Avenue, in the city’s Greater Ville neighborhood.
