ANN ARBOR, MI — With just over two years to go before gas-powered leaf blowers are banned year-round in Ann Arbor, the city is offering new financial incentives to help residents make the transition to alternative yard care equipment.
The city announced a new rebate program specifically for rakes and electric leaf blowers starting Nov. 21 through the end of the year or until funds are spent.
