Thanksgiving dinner costs drop 5% but remain higher than pre-pandemic levels, survey says

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — With less than a week to go until Thanksgiving, there’s good news for some Americans who still haven’t done their shopping.

According to a new American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) survey, the average Thanksgiving dinner price is down roughly 5% from last year.

The survey found that a Thanksgiving dinner of classic dishes for ten people will cost just over $55, which is lower than last year but still higher than four years ago…
