Youngstown, OH – Travelers along the Ohio–Pennsylvania border should prepare for a wet and wintry stretch of weather through Thanksgiving week, with rain arriving Wednesday and lake-effect snow developing behind it, according to updated Weather Prediction Center maps.
According to the WPC, widespread rain will move into the region early Wednesday, affecting communities from Youngstown, Warren, and Boardman to Sharon, Hermitage, Meadville, and Erie.
