Surveillance video shows the confrontation between a woman and a homeless man before she was found dead under a Miami Metrorail platform.
Jorge Gomez, 45, was arrested Thursday on a second-degree murder charge in the death of 32-year-old Kanisa Love, an arrest report said.
According to the report, on Nov. 15, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s deputies and fire rescue responded to the area of Southwest 80th Street and U.S. 1 for a report of an unconscious female.
Once they arrived, they found the body of Love lying on the ground under the Dadeland South Metrorail station, the report said…
