NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A new report from RE/MAX shows some Nashville neighborhoods are on fire when it comes to the real estate market, while others see their homes remain on the listings for longer than they used to.
According to the real estate firm’s National Housing Report, houses in Nashville are sitting for an average of 44 days before they’re bought—12 days longer than the average this time last year. That’s a 35.3% increase year-over-year.
