A 31-year-old suspect is in custody in Texas following a multi-state manhunt connected to the fatal shooting of a woman outside a fitness center in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville last weekend.
Randy Campbell was arrested in Dallas earlier this week by the Dallas Police Department. He is accused of killing 24-year-old Cherrish Nunley in Florida.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began Saturday night when deputies responded to reports of a shooting on Sunbeam Road.
