When Samantha Lax started Let It Bake in 2024, making gluten- and dairy-free baked goods out of her home, she never expected she’d be opening a storefront, but this week she celebrated her grand opening at 114 S Broadway in Green Bay.
“It was not even really a plan,” she said. “I’m a (Facebook) Marketplace addict. I just love to scroll and see what people are getting rid of. I saw the post for this space being available for rent, so I messaged the landlord.”
