JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Temperatures were already in the low 70s waking up Saturday morning under mostly cloudy skies. Highs today are expected to reach the upper 70s as sunshine breaks through. Although temperatures will drop slightly heading into Sunday, we will remain in the low to mid-70s until our next cold front arrives Monday night.
Widespread showers with a few isolated thunderstorms will move in late Monday night into Tuesday morning. Models indicate that rain totals could approach an inch by the time the system passes. After this, crisp fall weather will return in time for Thanksgiving…
