FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. – The search is over for an Arkansas inmate who was on the run for two days after escaping from work detail in Little Rock, officials said.
Arkansas State Police (ASP) said inmate Wayne Schutz, 23, was “recaptured without incident” just after noon Thursday in a rural area of Faulkner County. ASP reported that Schutz was on a work assignment at Prospect Steel in the Port of Little Rock when he escaped Tuesday afternoon.
