SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A former Governor greets people arriving and departing the Sioux Falls airport.
The bronze statue of Joe Foss is the centerpiece in the atrium at the airport entrance. The statue has been in place since 1995, and as I found out, even a statue needs a little maintenance once in a while.

This week, we found him working at the Sioux Falls airport, not creating but caring for works of art already in place.
