New Mexico launches ‘Breaking Bad’ themed anti-litter campaign
The community cleanup event started Saturday at Albuquerque Fire Rescue’s Station Five. The “Breaking Bad Habits” campaign is a litter prevention initiative that aims to beautify the state.
