3 people indicted in plot to set off explosive at Las Vegas restaurant

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A grand jury has indicted three people for allegedly taking part in a plot to set off a small explosive device at a Las Vegas restaurant.

The indictment charges John Navarro, Sarah Lianne Hernandez and Phillip Daniel Munoz Gonzales with multiple counts, including arson, conspiracy and using explosives to damage property.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said two figures were recorded on Nov. 13 leaving an improvised explosive device outside Piero’s Italian Cuisine on Convention Center Drive, just north of Desert Inn Road…
