Renters in Hope Mills saw apartment listing prices increase 8% from last year’s median of $1,475, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows.
The typical apartment listed for rent at $1,600 in October. Median listing prices in Hope Mills are trending 9% downwards from last month’s $1,750 price.
The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area. It reflects the median rent for all listings that were active at any given point during the month, according to Russell Middleton, co-founder of Zumper.
