HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Six people were hospitalized Saturday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash in the Little River area, Horry County Fire Rescue said.
It happened along Highway 9 near Highway 57, HCFR said. Crews responded at 1:36 p.m. and transported six people to the hospital.
