BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Friday marked a day of joy, healing, and new beginnings as the East Baton Rouge Parish Juvenile Court celebrated its fourth annual National Adoption Day.
Families from across the parish gathered at the Water Campus to finalize adoptions and officially welcome children into their forever homes.
