On November 21, 2025, Texas State Technical College (TSTC) opened its new Transportation Technologies Center at the Fort Bend County campus in Rosenberg, Texas. The event included remarks from TSTC Chancellor and CEO Mike Reeser, who spoke about the college’s role in preparing students for jobs in the transportation sector.
The $35 million facility was funded through the Capital Construction Assistance Projects under Senate Bill 52, which was passed during the 87th Texas legislative session in 2021.
