LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A wreck Sunday morning slowed traffic for miles along South Loop 289. The crash was between Slide and Quaker roads, in the eastbound main lanes of the Loop. Traffic was backed up as far as the West Loop near the Marsha Sharp Freeway.
