Sunshine and cool temperatures to close out weekend in Greater Reno Area

Another gorgeous day is here to close out the weekend. High temperatures Sunday will once again be in the 50s, with a ton of sunshine and light winds. High pressure continues to move into the region for this coming week, warming temperatures up just a bit.

We’ve made it to the time of the year in which the overnight lows are on the freezing side. By 8 AM, temperatures in the Greater Reno Area will be right around the freezing mark at 32 degrees. By lunchtime, we’ll warm into the lower 50s, but the upper 50s are expected by about 3 PM. The official forecasted high for Reno-Sparks is 57 degrees. Despite the expected warm-up, temps will still hover right around average for this time of the year, which is 54 degrees.
