PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A fire at a home in East Vancouver left four people displaced early Sunday morning, authorities said.
Just before 7:30 a.m., crews responded to the 15000 block of Northeast 4th Circle after neighbors reported seeing flames coming from the roof of a home.

Officials said the neighbors were able to alert the residents and all got out safely.
Firefighters arrived to find smoke and flames coming from the front of the house. The fire had also extended to the attic, authorities said.
