Portland police have identified the man killed in a double shooting Friday morning as Kylan P. Talbert.
Talbert, 27, was killed in a parking garage in the 4200 block of Northeast Halsey Street around 6:45 a.m., police said. The Medical Examiner’s Office determined that the Gresham man died of homicide by gunshot wounds, the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement Saturday.
