The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has located three missing children from Meigs County—four-year-old Adrian Coleman, three-year-old Avianna Coleman, and one-year-old De’Vonte Coleman, Jr.—safe in Cleveland, Tennessee. The children were with their mother, Haley Rutledge, who has warrants for reckless endangerment and custodial interference, according to WVLT. Authorities had shared descriptions of the children’s clothing, including Adrian’s diaper and Avianna’s purple jacket and gold skirt, to help find them.
Authorities reported that the children all have brown eyes and black hair and asked the public to contact them with any information. “Adrian Coleman was last seen wearing a diaper.
