911 call details moments before Union Twp. police fatally shoots man

A man shot and killed by police in Clermont County asked to be shot several times during a 911 call for a domestic violence incident.

The call, obtained by The Enquirer, revealed the 15 minutes before Thomas Noble was shot by Union Township police officers.

At around 8:40 p.m. on Nov. 17, Clermont County Communication Center dispatchers received a call that resulted in a hang-up. Five minutes later, dispatchers successfully reconnected with Marilyn Noble. She said that her son, Thomas Noble, had a gun and was “going nuts.”…
